I came across this video recently from a friend and it is literally one of the most important things I've seen.

When you actually stand back and look at the media and the way women are presented and represented it's shocking and appalling.

Women are constantly sexualised and seen as only having worth in their looks and appearance.

This video gives some shocking stats about the amount of women in high-up political and business roles, it's ridiculous. Women need to empower themselves and go out there and get those important adizar.co.uk jobs, do what they want to do and not what media and society tells them they should be doing.

It's shocking to actually see what the media does to women in power, how they treat them. Why does anyone need to comment on the appearance of Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice, but not their male counterparts? Why are we tearing down our most powerful women?
